Designed to promote greener cities and health via bike riding, the ultra-lightweight, adjustable Loop Collapsible Helmet collapses for easy stowing and features airflow vents to keep you cool. Made by Closca, a manufacturer with work in MoMA’s collection, including this helmet’s original design. Weighing about 1.5 lbs, the Loop Helmet is made from polycarbonate and polystyrene with nylon straps and POM buckles, and is dark gray with yellow accents, inspired by the colors of New York City taxi cabs. One size fits most.
