Based on railway engineer Hans Hilfiker's 1940s classic the Swiss Railway Station Clock is a standard throughout European train stations with over 3000 clocks keeping precision time. The straightforward black and white face with a red second hand is easy to read from a distance. The Small Swiss Railway Wall Clock reflects the Museum's long history of documenting and displaying timepieces from the modern era many examples of which are featured in the Museumâ€™s collection.
