That’s what you get with this elegant Panton Tray, a 1988 design from Verner Panton. Use it as a catch-all or simply display it as an artful object. The tray is also food-safe and can be used to serve snacks and canapes. Hand wash recomemnded. Both Verner Panton and the tray’s manufacturer, Georg Jensen, are represented in MoMA’s collection. Verner Panton

Known for his futuristic designs in a variety of materials, particularly plastic, Verner Panton (1926–1998) is considered one of Denmark's most influential designers of the last century. Although his designs for the home and office have a distinct 1960s style, they have attained a timeless appeal. His work in MoMA's collection includes the Stacking Side Chair (1959–1960), a gravity-defying design made from fiber-reinforced plastic. His furniture and lighting designs have appeared in exhibitions at the Museum, including Architecture and Design: Inaugural Installation (2004–2005).
