The dynamic Sampler Placemat from Sandy Chilewich features a distinctive weave of overlapping paired rectangles. The design is inspired by samplers that were used to learn and demonstrate darning—a sewing technique for repairing holes or worn areas in fabric by replicating the structure of the original material. (A technique that dates back to the 18th century.) Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the Chilewich Sampler Placemat is made in the USA with TerraStrand® and Microban®. Free of phthalates.
