Bring some minimalist magic to your ingredient-grating. Composed of a small square of colorful aluminum, this Irogami Grater is designed to fit in the palm of your hand. The top of the grater is folded over to create a hook that allows you to hold the grater in one hand with your thumb, and grate with the other. (For the grater’s shape, designer Gensuke Kishi was inspired by a roadside poster with a turned-up corner.) Use the Irogami to grate cheese, ginger, garlic, small vegetables, bottarga and to zest citrus. The Irogami Palm Grater is made in Japan and measures 0.9h x 3.2w x 3.2"d. Hand wash only.
