Created by Barbara Platte, the founder of the Paris-based brand Traits, the Alex Wool & Silk Scarf is an example of fine art merging with textile design. The design is inspired by the mobiles and paintings of Alexander Calder, an artist with work in MoMA’s collection. It captures his signature motif of geometric harmony and floating forms. Each piece is crafted in France from a luxurious blend of 90% wool and 10% silk, then hand-felted for an exceptionally soft touch. Wear it to bring a refined pop of color to any look.
