MoMA Exclusive: Classmates Yeji Kim and Eunjin Shin launched their brand after their graduation exhibition at university in Seoul. The YLYL collection reinterprets everyday materials into eye-catching jewelry. These Pope Hoop Earrings are inspired by the Pope’s ring of the Middle Ages and crafted from Formica, a material typically used in kitchens. Designed and made in Korea, each lightweight pair has embedded glass stones that sparkle with every move. The YLYL Pope Hoop Earrings measure 1h x 4.3”d.
