Your daily toasting duties, revolutionized. Using precise temperature settings and innovative steam technology, BALMUDA The Toaster will bring out the taste, aroma and texture of any type of bread. Because moisture heats up fast, the water on the surface toasts your bread creating a crisp outer layer while preserving the flavors and moistures inside. The BALMUDA toasts bread on both sides and does not dry it out, thanks to its steam technology. This versatile design has four modes—Sandwich Bread, Artisan Bread, Pizza/Bagel and Pastry—and you can apply butter, garlic or cheese before you place your bread into the BALMUDA. Using a small 1-tsp. cup (included), add a bit of water to each toasting session and follow the handy timer guide that is printed on the toaster’s top (3.5 minutes for English muffin or 5 minutes for a bagel), for the most perfectly toasted bread or pastry. The BALMUDA can also bring a day-old croissant or slightly dry bread back to life with its steaming technology Use the standard oven mode (without steam) for baking cookies or reheating frozen food. A Japanese design with a cult following in Japan, BALMUDA The Toaster is a bit more compact than average toaster ovens, measuring  8.2h x 14.1w x 12.6"d.
