The 11” high thermoplastic resin design makes a sculptural statement on your countertop between tea times. The Plissé Electric Kettle is made by Alessi, a manufacturer with work in MoMA’s collection. Features include: Turns off automatically a few seconds after water reaches a boil. (The kettle reaches a boil in 4.5 minutes.) For safety, the kettle also turns off automatically if there is too little or no water inside.Base is thermally insulated so the kettle can be placed on any surface after water boils.
