Acca Kappa Beech Wood Comb is made to the most exacting quality standards in Treviso, Italy. The teeth are polished and the tips are rounded to offer maximum comfort. The comb’s light pressure massages the scalp, promoting microcirculation to encourage the growth of more lustrous hair. The wooden teeth of this Acca Kappa Comb spread the hair’s natural oils from your scalp to hair strands, making it shinier and reducing the need for frequent washing. The comb’s close teeth facilitate cleansing, combing away dandruff, dust and other residue.
Recommended for daily beauty rituals, the Acca Kappa Beech Wood Comb is perfect for travel (long flights, camping) because it keeps your hair clean longer. The comb’s beech wood doesn’t build up a static charge, leaving hair naturally smooth.
Acca Kappa was founded in 1869 by Herman Krüll, a young entrepreneur who belonged to the Venetian German community. His first catalogue was filled with brushes for animals, silver, floors, bicycles and more, and by the end of 1800s his designs spread across Europe, delighting the upper classes of the time.
In 1908, he opened modern facilities in Treviso and began producing luxury women’s brushes and toothbrushes using precious materials, such as ebony. Even today every hairbrush, toothbrush and comb produced by Acca Kappa is a small treasure for everyday personal care.
