Find in Store 

  • See something you love online but prefer to buy it at one of our stores? You can check in-store availability online and call the store to have your order held for pick-up for up to 48 hours. Please be sure to confirm availability quantity when you call. 
  • On site instructions: 1) Click Find in store on any product page 2) Review availability at our NYC stores 3) Call to confirm quantities and reserve your items for up to 48 hrs. 

Canceling an Order  

  • Once orders are placed, they are processed almost immediately. If you have made an error in placing your order or need to cancel your order, we suggest calling our customer service team for assistance.

Charging Your Credit Card    

  • Customers with U.S orders. We may charge your credit card prior to the date we ship the merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. With the exception of Special Order and Special delivery orders, you may cancel your order prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders. 
  • Customers with International Orders: Your credit card will be charged by our international shipping partner at the time your parcel leaves the U.S. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
