International Women's Day
International Women’s Day is celebrated every year on March 8 and dates back to 1909 in New York City when suffragist and labor activist Theresa Serber Malkiel established an Annual Women’s Day. It’s a day of celebrating women’s achievements: social, economic, cultural and political. Here at MoMA Design Store, we celebrate art and design by women visionaries every day.
