Traditionally used as a drainer for freshly podded peas, this aluminum colander is produced by Mardouro, a company founded three generations ago on the banks of Portugal’s river Douro. Mardouro manufactures aluminum, stainless steel, and copper kitchenware, such as woks, casseroles, pans and baking trays. This small colander can be used to wash and drain vegetables and fruit, and to drain pasta and beans. It measures 4h x 6w x 7.3"d.
