Founded three generations ago on the banks of Portugal’s river Douro, Mardouro manufactures aluminum, stainless steel, and copper kitchenware, such as woks, casseroles, pans and baking trays, including this Aluminum Kettle with Wood Handle. Although Mardouro has followed the modernization of the industry, it continues to value Portuguese traditional designs and tinsmithing techniques. The A Vida Portuguesa Aluminum Kettle can be used on gas and electric stovetops. Not for use on induction stovetops. It measures 8.7h x 5.5w x 8.3"d and holds 50oz. Sourced by A Vida Portuguesa, a small, women-owned, Lisbon-based shop focused on goods made in Portugal.
