Crafted for compact living, birch wood Drop-Leaf Table extends effortlessly to accommodate additional seating or to increase storage space. Designed in 1933 by Alvar Aalto the table features Aalto’s famous L-shaped legs and also updated two-tone color options—a contemporary twist inspired by vintage foldable tables. The Alvar Aalto Drop-Leaf Table seats three people when the leaf is dropped and up to six when it’s extended. Both Aalto and the table’s manufacturer, Artek, are represented in MoMA’s collection. Made in Finland. It measures 29.25h x 31.25w x 29.5"d when closed and 29.25h x 44.5w x 29.5"d when opened. Assembly required.
