These designs by Julia Lindpaintner were inspired by the designer’s memories of family gatherings where her grandmother would instruct the children to fold their own napkins. Created to encourage a return to reusable cotton napkins for everyday dining, the built-in instructions make the elegance of beautiful napkin folds accessible to all. Set of six, each folds into a unique design and measures 20"sq.
The Fold-by-Number Napkins were designed for MoMA's collaboration with the MFA Products of Design program at the School of Visual Arts.
At MoMA Design Store, all of the designs we sell are curator-approved and authentic. We ensure the integrity of our products through research and by working closely with the designers. Our products embody the spirit of good design objects in MoMA's collection. Some of them are actual designs represented in the Museum's collection.
