HAY’s version of the classic rice paper shade is made from lightweight paper with a ribbed bamboo frame. Metal inserts on the top and bottom keep the shade expanded so it can be hung as a pendant light. The HAY Rice Paper Shade brings a soft glow and subtle texture to any space. Can be used with the HAY Lighting Cord Set, sold separately above. It’s an easy solution for mounting pendant lights and has a 157.5”l black chord. HAY is a manufacturer with work in MoMA’s collection.
