The serene simplicity of his 1962 design conveys the mid-century cool that marks his timepieces. The Max Bill Ladies Quartz Watch’s 32.7 mm matte silver-plated case with domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal encloses a quartz movement, and a three-hand face with luminous hands and date window. Secured with a black leather strap. Made in Germany by Junghans. Max Bill’s work is represented in MoMA’s collection.
