This washed-process coffee is composed of seasonally rotating lots from trusted Colombian producers, ensuring a consistently sweet and approachable profile year-round. Block Party: These exceptional coffee beans are 100% Chiroso, meticulously produced by the Echavarría family at Finca Lomaverde. Long considered a local Colombian mutation, this rare bean is now believed to be an Ethiopian landrace variety that mysteriously arrived in a remote corner of Antioquia. Cultivated at Lomaverde—the highest-elevation farm of the Santa Bárbara Estate—the crop utilizes complex, cool-fermentation processing to unlock an outstandingly vibrant floral and fruity flavor profile that sets a magnificent new bar for specialty coffee.
