Designed by artist Alex Donahue, the Pride Watch pays homage to LGBTQ+ pride and to everyone who has stood bravely for the rights of all people. This timepiece features the six individual colors of the Rainbow Flag that, twice a day—noon and midnight—come together to form the shape of a rainbow. The time is indicated by a black dot on each of the colored arches: orange for the hour, green for the minute, purple for the second. Gilbert Baker’s Rainbow Flag is an object in MoMA’s collection.

For each sale of this timepiece, the makers of the Pride Watch will donate 5% of the profits to True Colors United, a non-profit group founded in 2008 by Cyndi Lauper that supports innovative solutions to youth homelessness and LGBTQ+ issues. LGBTQ+ youth make up 40% of the unhoused youth population.

The Pride Watch is made from black IP stainless steel with a 20mm black leather band and measures 9.5h x 2w x 0.5”d. It has a Japanese quartz movement and is water-resistant to 3ATM.
