The debut album by Athens, Georgia-based New Wave band The B-52’s, The B-52's, was released in July 1979. The album and its cover, designed by Tony Wright (Sue Ab Surd), is represented in MoMA's collection. This edition of The B-52’s is a limited 180 gram vinyl pressing was produced by Music on Vinyl in 2015 and imported from Holland. The LP is in new condition with a 12.38”sq. cover and includes an insert.
