Ship Your Entire Order For A Flat Fee Of Just $7.95!

  • Look for '$7.95 flat fee eligible' next to qualifying items throughout our website.
  • Standard Flat Fee Shipping applies to orders shipped in the U.S.; it does not apply to orders shipped internationally.
  • Select standard shipping purchases ship for one low flat fee of $7.95 per shipping address and arrive within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise.
  • For orders shipping to international addresses, we encourage you to place your order via our international shipping partner by selecting International Checkout during checkout. We do not ship to freight forwarders. The selection can be found under Secure Checkout and Paypal.
  • Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
  • Most packages will be shipped by Fedex and final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier.
  • Please note Return Policy, Final Sale and Restocking Fees Policy on select items.
  • There is a 9 lb. limit for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
  • MoMA Memberships and MoMA Store Gift Card delivery to U.S. addresses are free of charge and shipped by Fedex, separately from other items in your order and arrive within 10 days.
  • MoMA Store Gift Cards are shipped next business day and arrive in 5-7 business days.
  • MoMA E-Gift Cards are delivered via email on delivery date selected.
  • Some oversized, special delivery and white glove delivery items require additional shipping as noted on product page
  • Free flat-fee standard shipping discount every day for shipments to the contiguous U.S. for MoMA members at the Global ($70) category and above on purchases over $20. Additional delivery charges may apply for over-sized or special items. Excludes international orders and additional shipping charges. Additional exclusions may apply.

Shipping Charges to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories

  • Standard - $22.95 per address 
  • Orders for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Express Delivery

  • $24.95 per address.
  • Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 2 business days.
  • We cannot offer express delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or international shipments.
  • MoMA Store Gift Card express delivery to U.S. addresses, $31.95 to most locations.

Overnight Delivery

  • $32.95 per address.
  • Orders placed by 11AM ET for most in-stock merchandise will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 1 business day.
  • We cannot offer overnight delivery to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or international shipments.
  • MoMA Store Gift Card overnight delivery to U.S. addresses, $32.95 to most locations.

Memberships

  • Memberships are delivered to U.S. and International addresses separately from items in your order and arrive within 10 business days.
  • International mailings may take longer for delivery.
  • Memberships purchased on store.moma.org can be mailed to international addresses, but items must be purchased using International Checkout. Memberships cannot be purchased on International Checkout.

Special Delivery & White Glove Delivery

 

  • Some oversized and white glove delivery items require additional shipping time and may be shipped by truck within the contiguous U.S., as noted on the product page. 
  • You (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery date.
  • Special order items and special delivery items will be charged at the time of purchase.

U.S. Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 90 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment.

  • Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a MoMA Gift Card.
  • The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Include the completed return form and return the package via insured ground service.
  • Items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed.
  • Returns can also be processed at our three MoMA Design Store locations in the U.S.
  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

RETURN POLICY ON SPECIAL ORDERS

  • Select items that are Online Only will note on the product page: This special order item is final sale and non-returnable.
  • Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective.
  • Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned and/or if the order is cancelled more than one week of the order date as governed by the manufacturer.  Please contact customer service for assistance.

RETURN POLICY ON SPECIAL ITEMS

  • Tiwal 3 Inflatable Sailboat - Subject to a 15% restocking charge in original packaging. Please contact customer service for assistance.
  • Nanimarquina Rugs - No returns.  All Sales are final.
  • All Le Chocolat des Français items - No returns.  All Sales are final.
  • All KAWS items - No returns.  All Sales are final.

International Order and Shipping

  • For orders shipping to international addresses, we encourage you to place your order via our international shipping partner by selecting International Checkout during checkout. We do not ship to freight forwarders. The selection can be found under Secure Checkout and Paypal.
  • Use International Checkout for all orders that include items.
  • To purchase solely MoMA Memberships, you may ship them to international addresses on store.moma.org, without items.
  • Please note: store.moma.org does not accept international phone orders. All orders must be placed directly on our website through International Checkout
